Well-being Journey

Program Overview

Many people face challenges such as low energy, a lack of life balance, unhealthy relationships, uncontrolled stress, etc., which negatively impact their overall well-being. To address these concerns and support individuals in their journey towards holistic well-being, a comprehensive curriculum is designed and developed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of what wellness is and empower them to explore the different dimensions of wellness. 


The goal of this program is to equip the participants with the knowledge, skills, and resources to make lasting positive changes in their lives. By embracing a holistic approach to wellness, individuals can create a fulfilling and balanced life that promotes their overall health and happiness. 


The program consists of 10 sessions (2 hours for each session), each designed to empower participants on their journey towards holistic well-being. In the first session, participants will embark on an exploration of the different dimensions of wellness, setting the foundation for the subsequent modules. Session 2 to session 9 offers a deep dive into each dimension, covering physical, emotional, social, environmental, financial, occupational, intellectual, and spiritual wellness. The final session provides strategies and resources to support participants to integrate the knowledge into their daily lives, fostering lasting and transformative habits that contribute to their overall well-being.

  • Session 10: Empowering Personal Change: Strategies for Success


The program adopts a participant-centered approach, providing flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs and lifestyles of individuals. Participants are welcome to register for a single session based on their specific interests or join the entire 10-week program with us. The program is currently offered online, and participants will have opportunities to engage in self-discovery, interactive exercises, and real-life applications, ensuring that the program resonates with their unique circumstances. 


We are committed to inclusivity and understand that some individuals may encounter technical difficulties or prefer an in-person learning experience. With this in mind, we are actively working on developing an in-person version of the program to provide alternative options for those who prefer face-to-face interactions and to ensure that everyone can benefit from our program regardless of technical limitations.
